salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Method:<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Place all ingredients, except \u00bc cup of desiccated coconut, into a food processor and blend until well combined. Scrape down the sides of the processor as needed to ensure an even consistency. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Roll mixture into 16 even balls, then roll through extra coconut to coat.
