For a moment, it seems the faster moving train is going backward before it overtakes the slower one. This is the same effect that happens during Mercury retrograde, when the fastest-moving planet in the solar system, Mercury, overtakes the Earth in its orbit.<\/p>\n<p>Mercury retrograde can be a frustrating time. As you navigate the inevitable glitches and delays, the key to navigating it and keeping your sanity intact is to remain centered.<\/p>\n<p>The following yoga poses can help slow your thoughts, focus your awareness, and center your energy so that you can handle the frustrations and sense of things happening too fast that are commonly associated with Mercury retrograde. Practice them anytime you feel your nerves become rattled or you need to reset your perspective.
