Santa Fe\u2014to develop new classes that are specifically designed to aid and abet your mental health.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wanderlust.tv\/programs\/mental-health-practices?cid=2828294&amp;permalink=yoga-for-mental-health-breath\">Sam Hann<\/a> kicks off his new WLTV series, Yoga for Mental Health with a class anchored in the power of breath, and <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wanderlust.tv\/programs\/mental-health-practices?cid=2829457&amp;permalink=alter-movement-mental-trailblazing\">Nicole Meline<\/a> provides both a <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wanderlust.tv\/programs\/alter-movement-mental-trailblazing\">cathartic movement practice<\/a> as well as a <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wanderlust.tv\/programs\/alter-meditation-chosen-paths\">grounding meditation practice<\/a> to help bring you home to yourself.<\/p>\n<p>We paired these practices with some tried and true classes from the likes of <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wanderlust.tv\/programs\/mental-health-practices?cid=2828295&amp;permalink=meditation-for-grounding-and-stability\">Tracee Stanley<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wanderlust.tv\/programs\/mental-health-practices?cid=2829456&amp;permalink=sattva-yoga-rise-up\">Caleb Jude Packham<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wanderlust.tv\/programs\/mental-health-practices?cid=2831942&amp;permalink=breathwork-full-moon-in-aries\">Regina Rocke<\/a> and more;
